After months and months of searching for a parts distributor for a specific CPVC fitting, at a fair price, I found Alsco Plastics. They were more knowledgeable than any of the other on-line places, including all of the local brick-and-mortar supply outlets....who, surprisingly, gave me the run-around and bait-and-switch. Alsco filled my order correctly, and promptly shipped it. They are now going to be my go-to source for future PVC or CPVC fittings.

Description

CPVC Schedule 80 fittings are for use with hot corrosive liquids, chemical processing, industrial plating, chilled water distribution, deionized water lines, chemical drainage, and waste water treatment systems.

Standards and Specifications:
  • NSF Standard 14 and 61
  • ASTM D 1784 - Material
  • Type IV, Grade 1 (cell class 23447-B)
  • Socket ASTM F-439
  • Threaded ASTM F-437
Note: CPVC piping products ARE NOT RECOMMENDED for systems which transport or store compressed air or gases. Testing CPVC piping products with compressed air or gases is also NOT RECOMMENDED.
